He was saying quite a lot about knowing where your food comes from and that any beast that you eat should have had a reasonable life before you got to eat it. He wibbled on about traceabilty for a bit.

The question that I really wanted Wrighty to ask him was about Halal and Kosher meat arriving unmarked in the meat supply. Of course it would never happen, guests on the Steve Wright show tend to get an easy ride and then get to plug their TV show/DVD/Book.
