You&#039;re right about the link between poverty and consumption of poor quality food being more complicated, but I think there is a definite class divide;  who are the main consumers of this type of food?  Ignorance results from poor education and rather than calling someone lazy, I would rather say &#039;time poor&#039;, without the time or energy to slave over a hot stove of an evening.
