VERSION|0.5.1|NAME|Stonyground|DATE|1361476136|CONTENT|Regarding hospitals. Both Mrs. Stonyground and myself have both had relatively minor operations in the recent past. In both instances the care that we received was excellent. I would think that in an organisation as large as the NHS it would be inevitable that there would be serious problems from time to time. The worrying part is that these problems were not swiftly addressed and rectified.

Regarding Christianity. Many Christians are good and compassionate people. They mistakenly attribute their goodness and compassion to their Christianity, without which they would presumably be nothing more than worthless sinners. At the same time, they absolve Christianity of the vilest of crimes. Between the fourth century and the eighteenth century, a period of fourteen hundred years, Christianity was the dominant force in Europe. During this period, compassion was not much of a deal.|EMAIL|elizabeth@iww1967.wanadoo.co.uk|IP-ADDRESS|95.150.29.241|MODERATIONFLAG|
