VERSION|0.5.1|NAME|Broga|DATE|1361615397|CONTENT|I was amazed to hear from Rob Marshall that he is going round the country popping in to radio stations to deliver his pearls of banality. Of course, part of this is the ego bit about being a media person in demand. But are local radio stations really allowing this man access to their airwaves?

I once had the painful experience of attending a meeting at which a vicar was present and he kept referring, every few minutes, to places where "I was there preaching a few weeks ago." The implications being (a) he had something vital to say and (b) he was in demand. He had nothing worthwhile to say to us and delivered vacuities as if they were coming from the lips of a Socrates. This seems characteristic of reverent gentlemen. I'm told the women vicars are better but I haven't met any myself. |EMAIL|denis.watkins1@virgin.net|IP-ADDRESS|86.170.142.76|MODERATIONFLAG|
