VERSION|0.5.1|NAME|Matt Westwood|DATE|1364467341|CONTENT|All this argy-bargying about what Jesus did or did not mean when he may or may not have said what he is reported as saying according to people who might or might not have watched an actual crucifixion for research purposes for the novel they were going to write (or plagiarise) is about as relevant as a discussion on what the dream was that Frodo had in the outskirts of Mordor when he was reported as waking up refreshed having had a really nice dream which he had immediately forgotten upon awaking. IIRC the narrator said something about that dream being about home in the Shire, but there is no way (without omniscience) for the narrator to *know* that. Next thing you know, someone's going to come out with a shrill strident militant declaration that the Lord of the Rings is a made-up story. Such a blasphemous PoV would of course not be allowed on this site.
