This celebrates the time when somebody did something that changed everything forever. From that time forward everyone was equal, even women, who would now be known as "princesses", as well as people of lower castes.

All Sikhs have a responsibility to speak out against injustice. Now that there isn't any injustice any more, ever since that thing happened that we are all celebrating, there is very little for me to say on the subject.

We also have a commitment to equality, except for people that aren't the same as us. Not thinking of anyone in particular here. These Sikh principles, that everyone is entitled to equality, except those people who are different, are now widely accepted by everyone, except the people who are different.

We should respect the rights of those people who don't want to be equal with us.
