Apparently it&#039;s now ok to ask a candidate at interview what their religious views are, what their views are on homosexuality, abortion etc.  I wonder how many excellent candidates for religious school headships are turned down because they aren&#039;t religious enough, with the school re-advertising and eventually accepting a second-rate candidate because at least they are a communicant?

And by &quot;religious school&quot; I mean of course a school 100% paid for by you and me just like a bog-standard state school but just happens to be &#039;sponsored&#039; in some way by a church.
