Oh no! I hope you find decent, affordable transport soon.
@Matt Westwood. I tend to agree with you in that some (not all as per Burma proves) Buddhists when told that you do not believe that THE Buddha ever actually existed, will tell you that his being an actual physical person is not important. The message/teachings are important.
Also, regards it all being in the mind, I prefer this "version"; It is all mind over matter. If you don't mind, it don't matter.
Oh and I have an old plaque that tells us why we should not worry.

Why worry?
There are only two things to worry about. Either you are sick or you are well. If you are sick, you have nothing to worry about. If you are sick there are only two things to worry about. Either you will get well or you will die. If you get well, there is nothing to worry about. If you die, there are only two things to worry about. Either you will go to heaven of hell. If you go to heaven, you have nothing to worry about. And, if you go to hell you will be so busy shaking hands with all your friends you won't have time to worry.

That has been part of my own "guiding" bits of philosophy since I bought that plaque way back in 1961.|EMAIL|bear4751@gmail.com|IP-ADDRESS|173.217.203.199|MODERATIONFLAG|
