The visible bit of the Invisible Magic Friend never said anything about being an organ donor. Indeed, you can read the entire Big Book of Magic Stuff and you won't find any references to the organ donor register. However, the general tone of the book: murder of Egyptian first born, genocide of the those who already inhabit the Promised Land, stoning of anyone who chooses the wrong Invisible Magic Friend, lends me to believe that the Invisible Magic Friend is generally in favour of organ donation.

But should donors be prioritised when in need? Where will it all end? If health care is only given to those deemed worthy, will smokers and drinkers be denied help? What about those who are overweight, or people who indulge in dangerous sports? Once again, I'm quite convinced, based on the numerous scriptures I've already quoted, that the Invisible Magic Friend would not approve.
