Are you saying that displays of Jewish humility are carried out because Jews recognise that they are weaker in relation to other groups in the societies in which they live, and their humility, whether real or simulated, is supposed to make the more powerful groups feel more benevolent towards Jews?  If so, the lamentable history of intolerance towards Jews  the anti-Semitism, pogroms and genocide which has gone on through the ages, culminating in the Holocaust suggests this strategy has had the opposite effect from that intended.  My apologies if Ive misunderstood you.
