VERSION|0.5.1|NAME|Broga|DATE|1383392578|CONTENT|I suppose the contributors get well paid for this maudling meandering. I remember some years ago, although I wonder if I might be remembering a nightmare, that some incredibly self important contributor said that he was transported by taxi and accommodated in a hotel by the BBC to be available for TfTD.

He said he had to be in readiness to respond to any crisis. This was when the slot was more or less accepted by a supine audience. How much do they get paid? How much does this egotistical drivel cost the licence payer? Could this be revealed under Freedom of Information legislation?

As soon as I hear "Team Rector" I fear the worst and am rarely disappointed. This morning, with its references to the Old Testament, was bizarre. I suppose team rectoring is regarding, at least by the team rector, as very important and the delivery of ancient superstitions does not get questioned.

tim555 - worth a try and I will write to the BBC Trust. Their reply, if I get one, will reveal much about the stranglehold the religious mafia appears to have on the BBC.|EMAIL|denis.watkins@outlook.com|IP-ADDRESS|86.170.197.208|MODERATIONFLAG|
